As of 1st July 2025, Gemini Tec will officially be renamed as TechPoint Electronic Solutions Ltd.
This marks a significant step in our journey as we fully align with the TechPoint Group, the UK’s most advanced electronics manufacturing and supply chain network. While our name and branding are evolving, our people, values, and high standards remain exactly the same.
Why the Change?
In 2024, Gemini Tec joined the TechPoint Group, a move that brought together some of the UK’s most respected names in electronics manufacturing under one umbrella. Over the past year, we’ve been working behind the scenes to align our operations, services and capabilities with the wider group.
This official name change is the final step in that process, a move that unites us under one powerful, future-facing brand and makes it easier for you to access a wider range of advanced manufacturing and supply chain solutions.

What Do You Need to Do?
Please update your system, with our new company name.
From 1st July 2025:
- Our name will change across all emails, invoices, and communications.
- Your contracts, points of contact, and services remain exactly the same.
- You'll begin seeing our new brand identity in correspondence and updates.
- Our email address domain will be updated to @techpoint.co.uk
