Our surface mount capability is configured explicitly for high mix and complexity. We can manufacture from batch sizes from 1 to 5000.

  • 1 x Mycronic- MY600 JP Solder jet paste printer – Small dot 01005 capability Direct solder paste application. On board AOI inspection – Paste defects/auto correction. 80K CPH. Advanjet technology fitted, for jetting conductive materials and R&D process development.
  • 1 x Mycronic- MY700 JP/JD Solder jet paste printer - Small dot 01005 capability. Direct paste application. On-board AOI inspection – Paste defects/auto correction. 120K CPH. Dual printing heads and dual lane enabled.
  • 1 x DEK Horizon 02iX solder paste printer, with Hawkeye inspection & auto cleaning.

Reflow Technology

This line uses any combination of 2 machines for standard mix PCBAs to be built.

  • 1 x ASSCON VP2000-200 In line vapour phase reflow oven – auto load/unload.
  • 1 x Kurtz-Ersa Hotflow 4-14 In line reflow oven with direct Nitrogen supply – auto load/unload.
  • 1 x BTU PYRAMAX 98 - 7 Stage convection reflow oven (14 Zone) – auto load/unload.
  • 1 x ASSCON VP800 vapour phase reflow – with vacuum capability.
  • 3 x Thermal profile moles.
  • All configured with internally filtered Purex extraction systems.

Conformal Coating

  • 1 x PVA PV600 Selective spraying - conformal coating line.
  • 1 x Manual spray booth with air curtain.
  • 1 x UV Inspection chamber & curing oven process.
  • 1 x Elite baking oven.

Data Engineering
