Gemini Tec Ltd – Registered Company Name Change

Following Gemini Tec Ltd joining the TechPoint Group in 2024, we are now delighted to share with you with details of the exciting update to our company name.

From 1st July 2025 our updated registered company name will be:

TechPoint Electronic Solutions Ltd

Our registered company number will remain unchanged – 06064546. Our VAT number and bank details also remain unchanged.

There is no trading address change until we move to our new facility in Basingstoke – we’ll keep you updated on the progress.

To ensure all purchase orders and operations continue to process as normal; please can we ask that you update all your systems, documentation and new purchase orders from 1st July 2025 to include the above detail.

This is an exciting chapter for everyone at TechPoint, our customers and suppliers; and we look forward to discussing the further benefits the TechPoint Group can bring to you and your business.
